Vanessa Bamford is the Director of Vision Beyond Business and she has spent her whole life in small business. With entrepreneurial parents that pushed the boundaries through all odds in their small business during the 90’s recession, Vanessa watched them succeed.

Accounting is Vanessa’s trade but small business success is her purpose. Vanessa also has a strong desire to make a positive difference for mental health in her community and her first step was to adopt this within her organisation.

Vanessa has created an environment that is centred around well-being, a growth mindset, empowerment, flexibility and open communication.
