Accountants On Purpose

Apr 20, 2020

Nadi Elias is the CEO Of Equus Partners, a firm of proactive Certified Practising Accountants, Business Advisors and Financial Advisors who strive to create wealth for clients and their families.

Nadi is a Chartered Accountant, a CPA and an Australian registered tax agent but his passion is not in corporate investment finance, it’s with start-ups, micro, small and medium size businesses. He loves the creative industry, the tech world, property and construction and the coffee industry.

Setting it up right from the start and working closely with the owners to maximise cash-flow, maximise profit, minimise tax, protect the wealth created and reinvest the gains to create additional wealth.

In this episode we cover:

  • Nadi’s family holiday to Europe - the Gelati experience.
  • The perception of off-shore business and the cultural learning curve.
  • Building a culture within a remote team.
  • The coffee lifestyle - drinking more than 6 coffees a day.
  • Working for the family business at a young age and what he learned from that experience.
  • Working in London through the GFC and working with members of the royal family.
